My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right by Marble Arch and within walking distance to Hyde Park and Oxford Street, making it so convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The staff, from the reception desk to the concierge, were all very courteous and welcoming. However, there were some issues with the room allocation that caused delays and inconveniences. The dining experience was a letdown, especially for a Hilton property, but the service did try to address our concerns. Overall, a decent stay with some notable positives and negatives.
Rooms
7.0
The room situation wasn't ideal. After a long wait, we were initially given a not-so-great room on the first floor which turned out to be already occupied. Eventually moved to a larger room.
Service
8.0
The service overall was good, with polite staff who took our concerns seriously and tried to make up for the issues experienced. Some improvements could be made, especially in room assignments.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location by Marble Arch was excellent, making it convenient to explore London's attractions like Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The central location was a big plus.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were disappointing and not up to the expected standard, particularly for a Hilton property. Limited selection and quality fell short.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing exceptional stood out during my stay.

The hotel has a perfect central location near Oxford Street and walking distance to Hyde Park and other attractions. The rooms, although small and in need of refurbishing, have poor lighting but are bearable for the price. The staff's service is lacking motivation despite the convenient location. The dining experience, especially breakfast, is disappointing with little variety. However, the hotel's proximity to major shopping areas is a plus.

From the moment I arrived at DoubleTree by Hilton, the staff made me feel very welcome. However, the room was tiny and didn't provide the comfort I expected. As a Hilton Honors member, I won't be returning to this hotel.
Rooms

The room was very small, tiny, and narrow, which I didn't like at all.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, close to the main shops and with a nice decor in the room. The service was good with courteous staff, but there were noise issues in the rooms and a bit of a disappointment in the dining options.
Rooms

The rooms were very noisy with bashing and crashing sounds coming from outside, but they were clean.
Service

The staff were courteous and polite, but seemed more occupied with other tasks instead of serving the clients.
Location

Dining

The dining was okay, but there was a bit of disappointment in the quality of coffee and an additional premium charge for certain items.
